When it rains it really rains and when God speaks he really speaks. . .

yway.

Last week as we were preparing for the Sunday party there was a storm rolling in and we knew there might not be that many people there, but it wasn't keeping the children from coming. Every week they are showing up earlier and earlier and there's more and more of them. I love it.
We had about fifty children and ten youth at our youth party, but we decided to start anyawy.
We sang songs and told the story of Samuel hearing God's voice as it started raining. The best that I can remember it as soon as we asked them if they wanted to hear God's voice and they all said they wanted him to speak to them it started raining harder. By the time we all prayed and asked for God to speak it was raining so hard we were screaming to be heard above it and everyone had to stand up because the rain was flooding in and soaking the mats. And it just kept raining as we stood there. There was no denying God's voice. When we finished we got to play in the rain. . .
